刘志亮:1977年生,山东潍坊人,中国海洋大学物理海洋学博士,研究员,硕士生导师,河北省海洋动力过程与资源环境重点实验室主任,学校学术委员会副主任委员,海洋科学一级学科学术带头人,校B类拔尖引进人才,海洋动力过程团队负责人,近年来主持国家自然科学基金、国家重大基础研究计划(973)课题、国家重点研发计划课题、河北省重点研究项目等科研项目30余项,主要从事海洋环流动力学和海洋观测研究,联系方式:zhlliu3897@hevttc.edu.cn。
