陈阳：1994年生，助理研究员，硕士生导师，2021年毕业于中国科学院海洋研究所海洋生物学专业，获理学博士学位。教育部研究生教育评估监测专家库专家（2024年度），秦皇岛市港城英才，主要从事海洋浮游生物多样性和比较基因组学研究。目前共主持省部级项目1项，市厅级项目4项，同时参与中科院海洋先导专项和国家自然科学基金面上项目等重点项目的研究工作，并担任Frontiers in Microbiology和TMDN等SCI期刊审稿人。
