袁欣，男，1995年生，助理研究员，2023年毕业于中国科学院海洋研究所物理海洋学专业，获理学博士学位。主要从事海洋环流与气候环境变化研究工作。关注深层海流变率、中尺度与亚中尺度涡旋等科学问题。
